The MOMS Club® of Plymouth , MA and is a local chapter of the International MOMS Club® (www.momsclub.org).  We are a support group for mothers who have chosen to stay at home to raise their children.  We include mothers of all ages, as well as those who work part time or out of their homes.  We believe that staying home to raise our children is a fulfilling full-time job!  The MOMS Club® began in Simi Valley, California in 1983 and is now an international network of local support groups.                                                      

The MOMS Club® is a wonderful way to meet other at home mothers who share your interests. Members are not required to participate in any activity or serve on any committee.  Each mom decides how much or how little participation is best for her and her family.  We hope you will find activities and positions for which you’d like to volunteer.   Some of the activities we are currently involved in include:

• Monthly Social – Informative speakers, discussions, chapter business, socializing and more.
• Kids Day Out – meet moms and kids for inexpensive lunches, field trips, or other fun activities.
• Playgroups – meet to talk and play with other members and their children. 
• MOMS Night Out – Moms get together for an evening of fun. Activities include dinner, movies, ice cream social, crafts, and more.
• Family Days/Nights – Fun outings for the whole family. 
• Activity Groups – Novel Moms Book Club, Moms on the Run Exercise/Walking Group, Crafty Kids, Scrappin Moms, and Green Thumbs Gardening Club.

One thing that makes the MOMS Club® a unique organization is that mothers are allowed and encouraged to bring their children with them to most activities.  We believe that being a mother shouldn’t isolate you, and that you shouldn’t have to hire a babysitter to participate in our activities.
